Respectfully every resident must have free healthcare, free 24/7 electricity, and free internet access wifi/data — those are basic needs that improve quality of Nigerian life. But decisions like healthcare must be free for all 4.9 million Nigerians in Enugu state all hospitals must have free 24/7 light and Wi‑Fi are policy choices that only a government can make after considering funding, infrastructure, and long‑term sustainability.
