The most likely reason the other user cannot see the answer button/handle when LekeeLekee calls is that the receiving device or app is not presenting the incoming call UI, which usually happens for one of a few technical causes.
Why this happens
Based on common video‑call failures across apps, the issue usually comes from one of these conditions:
Permissions are blocked — The receiving phone may have disabled notifications or call permissions for the app, so the incoming call screen never appears. This is a common cause across video‑calling apps.
App is missing required camera/mic permissions — Some apps will not show the call UI if camera or microphone access is denied.
App cache or data is corrupted — Messenger‑style apps often fail to show the incoming call UI until cache/data is cleared.
Outdated app version — If the caller updated today (5/1/26) but the receiver did not, the UI may not be compatible. Many video‑call issues resolve after updating.
Notifications disabled — If “Display over other apps” or pop‑up notifications are off, the call banner won’t appear. This is a known cause for floating or incoming call UI failures.
Network or device glitch — Sometimes the call is technically arriving, but the UI fails to render due to a temporary bug. Restarting the device often fixes this.
