What must happen on May 1, 2026, for this to be real
If Nigeria government want multiple refineries to start construction now, the government must:

Sign crude supply agreements with each company

Provide tax incentives for 10–15 years

Guarantee security for pipelines

Approve all refinery licenses within 30 days

Create a stable pricing and FX framework

Allow private companies to operate without interference

If these steps are taken, Nigeria could have 5–8 new refineries under construction in 2026 now respectfully to the Nigerian government this is a humble request
