Start with the real goal not every one of 240 million Nigerian will work directly in farming—but Nigerian government, opposition parties, independent candidates can make sure that all the 36 states 774 LGA has a functioning local food economy that:

Employs millions in farming, processing, transport, storage, and markets

Reduces hunger and poverty key drivers of boko haram recruitment

Keeps young Nigerians rooted in their communities with real income, not just lies and failed decades of promises from politicians

All 36 states 774 LGA must be productive food hub

Secure land and Nigerians in the north east and north west
Respectfully to the Nigerian government, opposition parties, independent candidates you can all work together you can’t fix boko aram and mass unemployment without fixing security + land access:

Demarcate and protect farming zones in conflict states Borno, Yobe, Adamawa, Zamfara, Katsina, Kaduna this must be done now 5/1/2026 please no promises only actions and visible progress Nigerians will see and know the system is working for all 240 million Nigerians

Safe-corridor farming schemes military-secured areas where displaced Nigerians can farm without being attacked.

Resolve farmer–herder conflicts with grazing routes, ranching plans, and local peace agreements.

No security, no farming. No farming, no jobs. No jobs, easy recruitment for extremists.

In the 36 states 774 LGA:

Identify 1–3 key crops or livestock suited to local soil and climate.

Register farmers and youth cooperatives like 1,000–5,000 Nigerians per LGA as the case may be let the youths handle this when they know they are paid and doing this for their progress and future youths will do with good intentions

Provide inputs: seeds, tools, irrigation support, training.

Guarantee offtake government or private buyers commit to buying at minimum prices.

Jobs created along the chain:

On-farm: planting, weeding, harvesting.

Off-farm: storage, transport, processing, packaging, sales, repairs, ICT.

Nigerian government you’re not just giving land—you’re building local economies food sufficient for 240 million Nigerians

Build value chains, not just farms
To absorb millions of Nigerians, you need value chains, not just small farms:

Processing plants by zone rice mills, cassava processing, tomato paste, dairy, meat, fish, kindly stop sharing rice/beans handouts

Cold storage and warehouses in each state to cut post-harvest losses.

Rural roads and logistics hubs so farmers can reach markets cheaply.

Digital platforms for price info, mobile payments, and input ordering.

Every step—from seed to plate—is a job.

Target Nigerian youth and women, men directly no middleman respectfully if the Nigerian government, opposition parties, independent candidates are serious not just big grammars, lies and decades of failed promises you really want to cut boko haram at the root, now in 2026 you must target the most vulnerable groups. Fix the root cause of boko haram no slogans do the needful and be honest with Nigerians

Youth agro‑corps 10–20-year paid programs where young Nigerians work on farms, processing centers, and cooperatives, gaining skills and income.

Women’s cooperatives for poultry, vegetables, processing, and retail—often the most stable and community‑focused enterprises.

Skills + tools, not just slogans tractor operation, irrigation, solar drying, bookkeeping, marketing.

Give 240 million Nigerians something to look forward to daily on 5/1/2026—a livelihood—so extremism becomes less attractive.

Finance it transparently to make this believable, money must be traceable and local no corruption

Dedicated agriculture & jobs fund with public dashboards how much per state, per LGA, per project.

Grants + low‑interest loans to cooperatives, not just big men, women, corrupt politicians

Performance‑based funding LGAs that show real jobs and output get more funds.

No transparency = same old story corruption business as usual

Ending boko haram’s root causes

Poverty, joblessness, and hopelessness are fuel for boko haram.
