In conversations globally the gesture of nodding one's head up-down signifies a YES and swinging the head sideways implies a NO.
But not so for the people of the southeastern European country of Albania. For the Albanians an up-down head gesture implies a NO and a sideways head swinging means YES.
Talk of different strokes for different folks.
Talk of 2.4 million people choosing to be unique in a world of 8.2 billion people.
