Supreme Court Judgment Obliterated the Sam Anyanwu Faction - Maduabuchi

The Supreme Court judgment settled the factionalistion in the PDP conclusively. I don't know why there is so much frenzy over the Ibadan convention. The convention is not what took people to court. What instigated the court proceedings was the need to determine the authentic leaders of the PDP. The Ibadan convention is simply tangential to the matter. Everything Sam Anyanwu has done on behalf of the party was invalidated, including the March 12 convention because he had been expelled from the party leaving the Turaki faction as the only recognised faction.
