Respectfully to the Nigerian government and the governor of the state where this occurred. Nigerians need the photos and identities of the officers involved in the Effurun, Delta State killing released. The officer who shot a handcuffed man has been arrested and moved to Abuja. Nigerians' justice must be transparent and immediate.
