For those conversant with police operations and administration
Why did the police high command dismiss the other team members along with the trigger happy ASP Usman Nuhu when he alone pulled the trigger?
As the ASP's juniors were they in a position to have stopped their team leader from shooting the victim?
Were there steps they could've taken but neglected to take to prevent the unfortunate shooting?
Or are they just suffering collateral damage?
