How many African countries are not corrupt. If not, corrupt means scoring above 80 the global benchmark for very clean governance, then zero African countries meet that threshold.
If not corrupt means relatively clean compared to the rest of Africa, then. About 4–5 countries Seychelles, Cape Verde, Botswana, Rwanda, Mauritius stand out as the least corrupt.
