What happens to the remaining money
If the entire $56.5 million is shared equally, there is no remaining money. Every dollar would be used up in the distribution.

Why this matters even though $56.5 million sounds huge, when divided among a population as large as Nigeria’s, the amount per person becomes extremely small — less than the price of a bottle of water.
