🎾 Venus Williams gave a special interview for the May issue of Vogue Magazine.

“I get a lot of joy out of being different or unexpected or bucking the system,” she said. “I find that thrilling.”

Venus is currently the oldest competitor on the women’s tour and has never even hinted at retirement. She's rightfully considered one of the greatest tennis players of all time, having revolutionized the sport with her power and athleticism. She has won 7 Grand Slam singles titles and 14 Grand Slam doubles titles with her sister, Serena. She is also a four-time Olympic gold medalist.

“I’ve had a great life getting to do what I love and being able to do it well. It’s an honor…. It’s all beyond what I could have imagined”.
