Nigeria needs its refineries working. If the existing refineries in Port Harcourt, Warri, and Kaduna were fully repaired and operating, they would create jobs for Nigerians and graduates no need for NYSC, reduce fuel imports, and strengthen the economy. Nigerians want to see action in Nigeria before hearing about global priorities.
