Enforce existing laws ruthlessly, not selectively.
Nigeria already has the EFCC, ICPC, NFIU, Code of Conduct Bureau, and the Proceeds of Crime (Recovery and Management) Act (POCA). These give legal power to trace, freeze, and confiscate assets. The problem is not law it’s enforcement and political interference. The reason why Nigeria is still in darkness and poverty for decades Nigeria do not need to borrow loans again the recovered money can fix Nigeria
