To tie anti-corruption to student benefit

Student project funding a fixed percentage of TETFund and other education funds should go into student-led projects, startups, and research, with transparent selection and monitoring.

Paid student roles students can be hired as research assistants, data collectors, software developers, lab aides

Their work should be contract-based and documented, so it’s not another avenue for ghost workers.
