What about previous private institutions—can money be retrieved there?
This is tricky but important.

If public money went into private institutions illegally diverted TETFund, state funds, or federal grants

those funds can be legally recovered through court action, asset seizure, and fines.

If private owners collected fees and mismanaged them, that’s more of a regulatory and legal issue

regulators NUC, NBTE, NCCE can

impose fines

revoke licenses

force restructuring or sale
