Any institution with suspicious spending patterns repeated contracts to same company, inflated prices is flagged on the national platform.

Blacklist and ban

Contractors and officials found guilty should be blacklisted from all future government contracts and made to pay back all the money and jail time

Names and judgments should be public, so they can’t quietly re-enter through another door.
