Why paying students for project work is smart
When Nigerians feel ownership, they perform better.
If institutions are truly for Nigerians, then involving students in building them is logical

Paying students for project work leads to

higher motivation

reduced dropout rates

stronger innovation culture

more startups

more skilled graduates

less unemployment

Countries like Germany, South Korea, and China grew this way students were part of national development. We can do same now
