Respectfully where is the money and who were the observers? This is why many Nigerians say they don’t trust the government, courts, police, military, or EFCC. Corruption keeps the country in darkness and poverty. Nigeria shouldn’t keep taking loans. For decades Nigerians have ask lenders humbly to demand proof of how past loans were used.
