Respectfully silencing journalists at the trial of alleged coup plotters undermines free speech and public trust. The world is watching Nigeria’s judiciary. If courts can try alleged plotters, they must also deliver justice in the killings of Nigerians daily by boko haram . Nigerians deserve transparency, not secrecy. No one should face harm for speaking out.
