Nigeria has many rules, but many are about appearance, not integrity.
Don’t wear this.
Don’t bring that.
Don’t be seen doing this.
Yet corruption, abuse, greed and hypocrisy still thrive.
A society can police trousers and ignore wickedness.
It can condemn alcohol and tolerate fraud.
Rules without truth and consequence only produce performance, not character.
