Is Nigeria running a presidential system or parliamentary? How does the president becomes the leader of the political party at the national level and governors at States?
What's the role of the party chairmen?
I believed in the second Republic, Alhajo Shagari, as president, was responsible for governance while Akinloye was party politics, making sure that the president projects and policies align with party manifesto.
Is that what we have today?
