So the core question becomes in 2026, what must Nigerians force the state and regulators to do so that refineries, gas plants, petrochemicals, and power projects actually work?

Demand full, public accountability for state refineries
What’s needed:

Publish all contracts and spending on Port Harcourt, Warri, and Kaduna refineries who got what, for which work, and what has actually been delivered.
