Why hire all Nigerians feels right emotionally but fails practically
wanting NNPC to hire all Nigerians is really about:

Dignity Nigerians want work, not handouts.

Ownership NNPC is a national asset; it should feel like it belongs to Nigerians not politicians, government, opposition parties

Justice Nigeria have talents in all 36 states 774 LGA but opportunity in only a few places why is that?

Practically though no single company—even NNPC—can employ over 240 million Nigerians
