Nigeria’s insecurity problem isn’t unsolvable—what’s missing is focused execution, not endless rhetoric.
Nigeria does not need miracles to reduce insecurity in the next five years. It needs focus: hold territories after clearing them, decentralize policing, attack the economics of crime, strengthen intelligence, and enforce justice.
The solutions are on the table. The real question is whether the will to execute them—consistently and without compromise—finally exists

Obi Odizuru: That's a good idea, but other factors contribute to not achieving a good feat. Nigerians need to reunite and fight the virus.
Henry Emeka: Nigeria can reduce insecurity by attacking root causes: end corruption across institutions, enforce transparency, create jobs, empower local industries, and stop reckless borrowing. Wealth disclosure by top elites and stronger justice systems can rebuild trust. Progress must be public and measurable...
