So which African countries have no corruption‑free, free‑and‑fair elections?
All 54 African countries fall into this category, because:
None achieve a perfect score on free‑and‑fair elections.
All experience some level of corruption or irregularities.
Several do not hold meaningful elections at all.
This does not mean all elections are equally flawed—only that none are entirely corruption‑free.
