Nigeria’s unemployment problem is structural, not caused by dangote
The real issue is:

Low industrialization

Weak manufacturing base

Poor electricity supply

Limited private‑sector growth

Heavy dependence on imports

Low productivity in agriculture

Even if dangote doubled its workforce, it wouldn’t solve unemployment for tens of millions.
