No single company can absorb a whole country’s workforce
Even the world’s largest employers don’t come close:

Amazon ~1.5 million USA: 330 million
China National Petroleum ~1.4 million China: 1.4 billion


Even China — with a state‑controlled economy — doesn’t have a company that employs even 1% of its population.

Dangote’s 30,000+ employees actually put it among the largest private employers in Africa.
