Respectfully land allocation should prioritize Nigerians to reduce rent burdens and create jobs across all 36 states and 774 LGAs. Foreign companies can receive tax incentives, but support and land must go to Nigerians first. A Chinatown district risks social tension companies should hire Nigerians before bringing in foreign staff, just as other countries prioritize their citizens.
