Nigerian government allocates land for Nigerians
For Nigerians to have their own land the government would need to:

Release federal and state-owned land for residential development

Simplify the Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) process

Waive land charges for all Nigerians in the 36 states 774 LGA

Create digital land registries to prevent fraud, corruption and speed up approvals

This is the foundation. without accessible land, affordable housing cannot scale.
