Launch vs Return

Nigeria likes launch.
We like ribbon cutting, speeches, commissioning, headlines.

But greatness is not launch.
Greatness is return.

Can the project still work after 2 years?
Can the road last?
Can the policy survive?
Can the system land safely after the cameras leave?

Anybody can announce.
Not everybody can sustain.
