Some days are hard to explain.
Not because nothing is happening,
but because everything is happening inside me.
I move through the day quietly,
carrying things no one can see.
Some pain doesn’t scream… it settles.
It learns how to stay silent.
And maybe the hardest part
is pretending I’m fine while I’m still healing.
I am not always okay.
But I am still here.
Still becoming.
