How do we encourage people to join public buses in this way? How can one stand on the BRT queue for practically one productive hour without any bus coming at all to load? What kind of management do we have with these bus operators that have less or no regard for people's time? Things need to change fast. We have other countries that are more populated than us but have better transportation management.
