I saw a video were 2 officers of a Ministry in a State in Nigeria, is going house by house, asking residents to pay for Compliance to Use Solar, meaning they have started regulating residents ability and right to freely install Solar because Govt cannot give us steady power. My question is,
is this legit?
when was the Law passed?
when did they do the sensitization?
Or are we just having Nigeria happen to us as usual.
