Strict work permit rules foreigners should only get work permits if:

The company proves no qualified Nigerian is available for that role and if so Nigerians must be trained and paid very well

There is a skills transfer plan to train Nigerians to take over within a set time once Nigerians are masters of the skills Nigerians are smart and hardworking. lf Nigerians are working and well paid crime will be zero and boko haram will be tackled
