How can Nigerian government fix this problem to make sure all companies in Nigerian hire only Nigerians first b/4 employing foreigners. Nigerian government make sure companies in Nigeria truly prioritize Nigerians in hiring, so talent isn’t wasted Nigerians stop suffering in hardship and poverty

Make Nigerians first a real policy, not a slogan clear local content laws
require companies operating in Nigeria especially in tech, banking, oil & gas, telecoms to meet minimum Nigerian employment
