Apps like OPay and PalmPay are backed by Chinese companies.
Foreign companies often bring:

Their own executives

Their own engineers

Their own management culture

This reduces the number of top‑level roles available to Nigerians.

But even Nigerian‑founded companies Moniepoint, Kuda, Paga) still face other challenges below. This must change Nigeria do not have app companies in China and if we do they will hire only Chinese
