Why Nigerian apps don’t hire only Nigerians
Even though Nigeria has 36 states, 774 LGAs, and millions of skilled graduates, companies — both Nigerian‑founded and foreign‑owned don’t hire exclusively Nigerians for several reasons. Nigerians must be trained to be employed for this jobs this will stop crime. Nigerians have the talents and skills companies must train Nigerians, and the government must make education free in all the 36 states 774 LGA now 2026 not in 2027 prayer will not fix this
