Prosecute both non‑state and state actors

Whether they’re terrorists, bandits, communal militias, or security officers who collude or look away—justice must be consistent.

Strengthen local courts and prosecutors

Give them resources and protection so they can handle terrorism, banditry, and mass‑violence cases without political interference.

Without visible justice, every Nigerians feels they must defend themselves—and that fuels more cycles of revenge.
