If someone decides to remain where they are, you cannot move them by force. You can pour in time, energy, and patience for years, and still see no change. In the end, you lose more than you gain, including your peace.
Know when to stop. Release the pressure to fix what is not yours to fix. Growth is a personal choice, and no one can predict when another person will make it. Let them be, and protect your peace.
