While AOJ Law Lounge does not entirely agree with the learned senior and Editor of Thisday Lawyer, Onikepo Braithwaite, that the judgment of the trial court is perverse, the snippets of facts deducible from her insightful analysis and review of the case have prompted us to apply and carefully study the CTC of the judgment.
