Jaafar Jackson, who stars as the legendary icon Michael Jackson in the upcoming #Michael biopic, said the biggest misconception about his uncle is that he wanted to be white.

Michael Jackson was a pioneer, an activist and very proud of being Black. He expressed his pride and life experience through his art, songs, #music videos and projects.

"I'm a Black American, I am proud of my race. I am proud of who I am. I have a lot of pride and dignity" Michael said in a interview.
