Early removal if promises are not kept
This is the most radical part. It would require:

A constitutional amendment

A legal definition of broken promise

A fair process to evaluate performance

This is possible in theory, but it would require massive political will. Which Nigerian leaders lack now they are interested in jumping from one party to another
