In all your getting, please get money!!!

I went to the bank today to inquire about a housing loan. On paper, it looks great, low interest and flexible terms.

But here’s the catch:
You need 10% of the property value upfront, and realistically, you’d need to be earning ₦1M+ monthly to qualify for anything meaningful.

That’s when it hits…
the system doesn’t say “no,” it just makes it almost impossible for the average person.
The rich get access. The rest watch.
