Are RCCG’s massive buildings livable
No — they are not designed or approved as residential buildings.
They are worship and event structures, not housing.

Why they aren’t livable
Large church auditoriums like those at Redemption city are built for:

Short‑term gatherings

Events like holy ghost services, conventions, congresses

High‑capacity seating and open space

Ventilation for crowds, not private living

They do not include:

Bedrooms

Kitchens

Plumbing for residential use
