Road upgrades

Expanded auditoriums for special events

Infrastructure improvements at Redemption City

But nothing close to the 2015 mega‑arena vision.

So what’s the truth in 2026?
No new 6‑million‑capacity auditorium exists.

No completed 12‑million arena exists.

The original 2015 vision hasn’t materialized at that scale.

RCCG continues to build, but on a more realistic, incremental basis.
