When I heard that boko haram thrives because the north was neglected. It sounds quite funny. And I asked who neglected the north. Using the quota system in the north to get more appointments, they had been head of state and president of Nigeria more than any region. In my opinion the elite of the north deprived their less privileged the right of education,so that they will continue to have control of them forever.
