UNICEF, Sokoto Launch N200m Nutrition Drive.


The United Nations Children’s Fund and Sokoto State have launched a N200m nutrition intervention to tackle severe malnutrition.

Rownak Khan praised the state’s N100m commitment, matched by UNICEF. Officials warned against diversion of supplies, stressing the need for transparency as over 260,000 children in the state face severe acute malnutrition.
