The deeper issue rehabilitation alone cannot solve the insurgency. It must be paired with:

strong security operations

justice for victims

economic development in affected regions

community reconciliation

Without these, the program feels one‑sided. Respectfully what happens to Nigerians boko haram have killed since 1999 to 2026 prayers will not bring back the dead Nigerians demand to know rice/beans money will not bring back our loved ones and what will the opposition parties do now
