So where is the money?
This is where things get complicated — and frustrating for Nigerians corruption which must be drained now

Here are the main reasons the money doesn’t translate into good hostels

Underfunding from the start
Nigeria’s education budget has been consistently low for decades.
UNESCO recommends 15–20% of national budget for education.
Nigeria often allocates 5–8%. Respectfully to the government and opposition parties must work together to fix this problem now
