Blessing Ojoma Onakpa: Exactly. Respect is easiest when people please us, but character is revealed when they don’t. Anyone can be kind when it costs nothing; maturity is shown in how you treat others during disagreement, frustration, or advantage. Power does not excuse poor behavior it exposes values.
